Accommodation

ACCOMODATION
Accommodation costs will be covered by the participants. Accomodation is going to be arranged in the dormitory and guest houses of our university. Participants will have to share a room with anohter particioant. In case you are participating with a colleague of you please let us know so we can arrange the same room for you. On the other hand there are several hotels are available in Sakarya for those who do not wish to share a room. We will also asist you in finding the closest hotel and there will be a discounted price. Detailed information on accommodation will be provided to the participants after the acceptance of the paper proposals.

TRAVEL
Travel costs will be covered by the participants. Details of the travel information and how to reach to Hotels and conference place will be provided to the participants after the acceptance of the paper proposals.


FEES
Conference Fees are set at 70 Euros payable by bank transfer or upon registration for all participants. The fee covers expenses of all meals during the conference as well as welcoming and farewell receptions, a trip to the city and transportation during the conference. Additionally, we are in contact with various publishers in Europe in order to publish a conference book. If we are successfull in this we will have to ask for additional fee for those who wish to receive a book (The price and details will be provided later). Additional information will be provided during the course of congress preparetion.
